Winston is the chief student affairs administrator responsible for all areas of student support services at the three Bon Secours Richmond Higher Education Institutions (Memorial College of Nursing, St. Mary's Hospital School of Medical Imaging and Southside College of Health Sciences). Areas under her supervision include admissions, marketing, student success, registrar, career services and general student affairs. She has more than 25 years of experience in higher education at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels, in addition to experience in training and facilitation.
